Excavator Operator

Position Experienced Excavator Operator – Equipment Operator – Excavator Location: El Paso, TX / Santa Teresa, NM. Southland Holdings, a leading heavy civil contractor specialized in large‑diameter open cut and tunneled water, sewer, and storm pipe projects ranging from 8" to 96" and associated dirt work and paving. Responsibilities Dig pipe ditches in streets or open land, bench, slope, or pull boxes, and use street plates. Operate excavator in a variety of ground conditions and depths. Maintain equipment in good condition to achieve high production and safety standards. Work 5–6 days per week, 50–60 hours per week. Qualifications / Experience Experience in excavator operation for large‑diameter pipe, sewer–storm, or similar civil construction projects. Documentation of related project experience.
