*Job Overview*
We are seeking an experienced *Tax Attorney* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of federal and state tax laws, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for client advocacy. You will play a key role in resolving complex tax issues, representing clients before the IRS and state tax agencies, and providing legal guidance on a variety of tax matters.
* Negotiate settlements, offers in compromise (OIC), installment agreements, penalty abatement, and other IRS resolutions.
* Communicate with the IRS and state tax agencies on behalf of clients.
* Analyze financial documents and client records to assess legal options.
* Provide legal advice and develop case strategies tailored to each client.
* Collaborate with enrolled agents, and other professionals. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits:
