This Jobot Job is hosted by: Plaintiff-side employment law firm focused on representing employees in matters related to wrongful termination, workplace discrimination & harassment, wage & hour violations (unpaid wages, overtime, breaks), retaliation, and class actions. litigation strategy, and workflow efficiency.

Independently lead and manage a caseload of employment law matters from inception to resolution
~Negotiate and draft settlement agreements, and oversee the settlement approval process

3+ years of experience in employment law

• JD from an accredited law school
