This position allows for a flexible and remote work setting while providing essential clinical services. Working flexible hours from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule effectively while attending to client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and high-quality therapy sessions tailored for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Carry out comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client challenges and strengths, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans that promote mental health and well-being.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and confidentially, adhering strictly to HIPAA and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT licensure in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and life insurance.
