Litigation Paralegal - Onsite (Buckhead, Atlanta, GA)
Location: Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Experience Level: Minimum 5 Years Practice Areas: Property & Casualty or Personal Injury About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. This is an onsite position ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high-volume caseload efficiently. What You'll Bring- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in property and casualty or personal injury matters
- Proven ability to handle 100+ active cases simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and trial preparation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and support staff
- Assist attorneys with case management from intake through trial
- Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, subpoenas, and discovery
- Organize and maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and experts
- Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and deposition summaries
- File documents with courts and manage e-filing systems
- Health, medical, and dental insurance
