Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition, l'implantation et l'adoption de processus transversaux ainsi que des outils associés pour les fonctions Supply Chain, Approvisionnement, Qualité et Finance, et ce, à travers plusieurs régions et sites.

Au quotidien, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes internes, notamment les équipes Supply Chain, Procurement et IS&T, afin de développer des standards, assurer l'alignement entre les nouveaux processus et les outils disponibles, soutenir le déploiement de solutions SAP et accompagner les utilisateurs clés sur les différents sites.

Responsabilités principales

Vous serez responsable de :

• Définir les standards, processus, instructions et outils associés aux processus transversaux tels que  Source to Procure ,  Procure to Pay ,  Receipt to Deliver et  Plan to Manufacture
• Analyser l'environnement IT existant et contribuer à l'élaboration de la feuille de route stratégique des systèmes afin de soutenir les processus cibles
• Fournir aux régions et aux sites des méthodes standards ainsi que des outils IS&T pour appuyer les processus globaux de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
• Participer à la définition de nouveaux outils IS&T ou à l'amélioration des outils et méthodes existants, en collaboration avec l'équipe IS&T, selon les besoins d'affaires et les contraintes budgétaires
• Piloter le déploiement de nouveaux outils clés et s'assurer qu'ils sont utilisés de façon efficace et conforme
• Valider l'alignement entre les nouveaux processus et les outils disponibles
• Offrir un soutien durable aux sites, incluant la formation technique et le développement des compétences des utilisateurs clés
• Animer et soutenir les réseaux de Key Users
• Planifier et réaliser des rapports et revues régulières afin de suivre l'adhésion aux processus et la performance des outils à l'aide d'indicateurs de performance clés
• Coordonner la résolution des problèmes liés aux systèmes et interfaces en collaboration avec l'équipe IS&T
• Soutenir les demandes de mobilisation provenant des régions, des sites ou d'autres départements
• Effectuer une veille technologique continue en Supply Chain et contribuer à la définition des opérations digitales entre les différents sites

Profil recherché

• Diplôme en administration, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une orientation en chaîne d'approvisionnement
• Excellente connaissance de SAP dans un contexte Supply Chain
• Connaissance du modèle Alstom Global Single Instance SAP ECC6, un atout
• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en chaîne d'approvisionnement et en gestion des flux d'information
• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en planification des matériaux et/ou gestion d'entrepôt
• Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes
• Leadership, initiative et capacité à prendre des décisions
• Excellent esprit d'équipe et fortes aptitudes en communication
• Haut niveau d'éthique et d'intégrité
• Engagement envers l'apprentissage continu et le développement professionnel
• Maîtrise de l'anglais requise
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais requise
• Disponibilité pour soutenir des sites internationaux et voyager au minimum une semaine par mois

Bilinguisme

La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise. La connaissance d'une troisième langue est considérée comme un atout dans le cadre des interactions avec les partenaires, fournisseurs, collègues et clients internationaux. Au Québec, le français demeure la langue principale de travail de l'entreprise.

  About the Role
  Take on a new challenge and your supply chain, IT systems, and process improvement expertise in a fast-paced, innovative, and international environment.
  In this role, you will play a key part in defining, implementing, and driving the adoption of cross-functional processes and related tools across Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Finance functions across multiple regions and sites.
  On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with business teams, including Supply Chain, Procurement, and IS&T, to develop standards, align new processes with available tools, support SAP-based solutions, and provide sustainable support to sites and key users.
  Key Responsibilities
  You will be responsible for:
  • Leading the definition of standards, processes, instructions, and associated tools for cross-functional processes such as Source to Procure , Procure to Pay , Receipt to Deliver , and Plan to Manufacture
  • Analyzing the IT landscape and contributing to the development of the IT strategic roadmap to support target processes
  • Providing regions and sites with standard methods and IS&T tools to support overall Supply Chain processes
  • Supporting the definition of new IS&T tools or the improvement of existing methods and tools in collaboration with the IS&T team, based on business requirements and budget constraints
  • Driving the deployment of new core tools and ensuring they are applied properly and efficiently
  • Validating alignment between new processes and available tools
  • Providing sustainable support to sites, including technical training and key user skill development
  • Leading and supporting Key User networks
  • Planning and conducting regular reports and reviews to monitor process adherence and tool performance through key performance indicators
  • Coordinating troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues in collaboration with the IS&T team
  • Supporting mobilization requests from regions, sites, or other departments
  • Conducting continuous technology monitoring within Supply Chain and contributing to the definition of digital operations within and between sites

• Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on Supply Chain
  • Advanced SAP knowledge within a Supply Chain environment
  • Experience or understanding of the Alstom Global Single Instance SAP ECC6 core model is considered an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and information flow management
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management and/or material planning
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Leadership, initiative, and decision-making mindset
  • Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • High level of ethics and integrity
  • Commitment to continual learning and professional development
  • Fluency in English required
  • Fluency in French and English required
  • Availability to support international sites and travel at least one week per month
  • Bilingualism
    Proficiency in both French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the company's primary working language.
