Corporate Paralegal

Soni is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support a broad mix of commercial contracts, real estate matters, legal administration, and business transactions. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to senior leadership and multiple areas of the business. Responsibilities: Support commercial leases, renewals, amendments, and related real estate documentation Assist with transactions, closings, and other business development matters Review and manage vendor and other commercial contracts Support trademark, licensing, and general compliance activity Coordinate with outside counsel and internal business partners Maintain legal records, agreements, and important deadlines Support additional legal and business projects as needed Requirements: 10+ years of paralegal experience Strong contracts and commercial legal experience Exposure to leases and real estate-related matters Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and professional judgment Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment Preferred Skills: In-house paralegal experience Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or other multi-location industry experience Trademark, licensing, transaction, or corporate governance exposure Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
