Senior Compensation Partner

To support the evolution of compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Partner will provide compensation consulting, market pricing, and job evaluation while partnering with business leaders and teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Partner with leaders and People Experience Business Partners to evaluate and guide compensation decisions, ensuring alignment with business needs Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses to inform compensation decisions and maintain market competitiveness Design and improve sales incentive plans in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to align with business priorities Required qualifications Experience in leading compensation design decisions in partnership with business leaders and HR Strong expertise in market pricing, benchmarking, salary structure management, and job leveling Proficiency in Excel for building professional analysis and summary materials Experience with Workday and familiarity with incentive compensation platforms like Xactly or Varicent Demonstrated experience supporting sales incentive compensation programs, including design and administration
