Mattress Assembler & Warehouse Worker – 1st Shift ($20/hr.) 2nd Shift ($21/hr.)
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:00am–2:30pm (OT until 4:00pm), occasional Saturday when needed or Monday to Friday: 2:30pm-1:00am (OT until 3am), occasional Saturday when needed.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble mattresses following detailed work instructions using pneumatic and hand tools (e.g., c-ring guns, staple guns, hot glue guns).
- Build Hot Melt Bond (HMB) units, foam-encased pocketed coil units, and apply upholstery layers for final assembly.
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately in English.
- Help package mattresses for shipment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with pneumatic tools or prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for at least 8 hours per day (with overtime as needed).
- Must be able to lift up to 120 lbs multiple times during the shift.
- Reliable transportation (location not accessible by public transit with overtime hours).
- Excellent attendance—unexcused absences will not be tolerated.
Shift & Pay
1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm (OT until 4:00pm) – $20/hr.
2nd Shift: 2:30pm-1:00am (OT till 1:00am)-$21/hr.
Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
