Responsibilities:

• Answers and directs phone calls to appropriate personnel.

• Contributes to positive company impression by courteously greeting and directing visitors at the corporate office.

• Responsible for lobby appearance and cleanliness.

• Provides clerical support to corporate office personnel by scheduling conference rooms, coordinating overnight packages, opening, sorting, and distributing mail, making copies, and filing documents.

• Supports accounting by finding and matching vendor information for check distribution; Data entry in accounting software and use of spreadsheets for tracking of accounting data.

Requirements:

• Proven receptionist or administrative assistant experience.

• Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• PC and typing proficiency.
