Registered Nurse - ICU

$1958.40/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care within a correctional facility setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and adaptability to unique patient populations in a secure environment. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting. Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed. Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care and clinical outcomes. Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with travel experience preferred. Valid TN state license or multi-state compact license required. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications; CPI or MAB accepted in lieu of CPI. Comfortable working with a prison population and adhering to security protocols. Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00).
