The Sales Lead works with the team, reports to the Boutique Manager, develops new clients, converts walk‑in traffic into Intimissimi ambassadors, shares customized fashion tips and maintains a high level of professionalism. The role requires a positive, goal‑oriented, outgoing and engaging personality, taking initiative to engage with clients and maximizing weekly sales commissions. The Sales Lead mentors teammates, demonstrates Oniverse’s Key Values, and fosters an inclusive and welcoming store atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach. Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude in every situation to raise the level of service and exceed client expectations. Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills. Capture customers’ information using multiple means, including phone and written follow‑up contact. Manage client books, including follow‑up on shopping experience and product care instructions. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with the Store Manager. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities. Utilize fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team‑focused environment. Support managers in executing standard in‑store operations such as daily replenishment and seasonal markdown processing. Partner with the Manager to leverage internal systems for business analysis and to track store and individual KPIs. Help maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store. Operate the POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures, and other related tasks. Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including dusting and cleaning shelves, mirrors, and fixtures; sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing common areas and equipment; and removing trash to the dumpster. Report directly to the Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high‑quality customer service and efficient store operations. Provide training to new teammates, including cross‑department functions. Be eligible for support of new store openings across the U.S. and participation in nationwide contests. Qualifications Eligibility to work in the U.S. for any employer. High school graduate or equivalent. Compensation based upon years of experience in customer service and sales. 3 to 4 years of contemporary fashion retail industry experience preferred. High standards of customer service and advanced sales techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and committed. Problem‑solving ability. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends. People‑oriented, enjoying teamwork and building connections with guests. Capable of lifting in excess of 20 pounds, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive motions such as bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, and carrying items.
