Create Impact at Scale.We are seeking a Clinical Program Manager to support and strengthen clinical operations within a growing behavioral health and reentry organization. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring documentation integrity, supporting staff, and maintaining high-quality, compliant service delivery.This position plays a critical role in supporting individuals as they move from recovery to stability and long-term independence, while helping the organization maintain strong clinical and operational standards.What You’ll DoClinical Oversight & DocumentationReview and support clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and complianceMonitor EMR systems (e.g., VerticalChange or similar) for completeness and consistencyConduct regular chart reviews and identify gaps in documentationSupport staff in aligning services with authorizations and program requirementsProgram Support & CoordinationProvide day-to-day support to case managers, counselors, and program staffHelp ensure services are delivered consistently across programsAssist in coordinating care across clinical, housing, and workforce teamsStaff Guidance & DevelopmentProvide guidance and coaching to staff on documentation and service deliverySupport onboarding and training of new staffReinforce accountability, consistency, and professional standardsCompliance & Quality AssuranceSupport audit readiness and internal quality assurance processesIdentify risks or inconsistencies and help implement corrective actionsEnsure adherence to applicable regulations, including Medi-Cal / CalAIM standardsWhat We’re Looking ForLicensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or registered associate (ASW, AMFT, APCC) with pathway to licensureExperience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or reentry servicesStrong understanding of documentation standards and clinical complianceExperience working with EMR/EHR systemsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Medi-Cal, CalAIM, ECM, or Community SupportsExperience working with justice-involved populationsPrior experience supporting audits, documentation review, or quality assurance processesWhy Join UsJoin a mission-driven organization building a Blueprint for Reintegration—helping individuals move from recovery to stability and long-term independence through housing, workforce, and life-skills pathways.This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can make immediate impact, help strengthen systems, and support a growing team.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePaid sick leave in accordance with California lawOpportunities for professional growth and developmentThis is not a passive leadership role.
