Allied Technician - Radiology Tech

Radiologic Technologist
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist with a strong background in operating various radiographic equipment. This position offers varied shifts with an average requirement of three call days per month, though hours and requested time off cannot be guaranteed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of independent experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of all radiographic equipment, including:
- DR Fixed Equipment
- DR Fluoro Equipment
- C-arms
- Portable DR Equipment
- Must be assigned a dosimetry badge.
- Experience with the following is preferred:
- Philips DR
- Philips C-arms
- OEC C-arms
- Philips Fluoro
- Epic EMR
Licensure and Certification
- A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer is required.
- Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is necessary.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be current.
Additional Information
Candidates must arrive on the island the Friday prior to the Monday start date for human resources and employee health clearance appointments. It is important that candidates can commit to this timeline before accepting the start date offered. No time off will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract.
Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of radiation safety protocols and will function independently without supervision in a fast-paced environment.
