Warehouse Material Handler – Finished Goods

Shift: 2-2-3 Rotation, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Starting Wage: $24.10/hr

About the Role:
Accurately put away Finished Good products to the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean, organized work area. This role manages raw material and finished product flow across receiving, shipping, and production support, and coordinates day-to-day activities of the receiving docks.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts
• Assist with inventory management and physical inventories for packaging materials and finished goods
• Manage daily disposal and replenishment of raw materials and waste removal
• Unload and stage raw materials from delivery trucks for use on packaging lines
• Combine partials at the end of production runs
• Manage rework area and return product to lines for repackaging
• Accurately warehouse Finished Goods inventory from production lines under WMS direction
• Maintain the work area per 5S standards
• Clear jams on palletizing machinery (LOTO authorized)
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–6 months of proven forklift experience (certification required) in a manufacturing environment — warehousing, shipping, or receiving preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to sustain focus and performance under pressure over extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills
• Sound decision-making and comfort managing ambiguity
