We are an independent insurance agency seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our small team. This role focuses exclusively on personal lines insurance products and involves comprehensive client support and account maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide client support and respond to inquiries
- Process insurance policies and maintain accurate records
- Generate quotes for personal lines insurance products
- Perform data entry and update customer information
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their policies
- Maintain and manage insurance accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance and policy administration
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with insurance software, such as EZLynx
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving abilities
