Our agency is up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, Medicare and Life insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. We proudly serve the Tucson area and the entire state of Arizona.

What kind of training will I receive?

We invest in our team members to help them succeed and achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. You will receive award-winning product and sales training exclusively offered in our agency.

Is prior insurance sales experience required?

No! You dont need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all the product and sales training that youll need to be successful!

What is the culture like in your company?

What would my career growth plan look like?

Absolutely not! We provide all the leads! Our salespeople never have to worry about reaching out to their friends or family and asking them for business.

Is this a commission-only position?

Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. Competitive based starting salary with production-based increases + bonuses

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Engage with high-quality leads from strong marketing and community partnerships

Build relationships with prospects throughout the greater Tucson Area

Educate customers on personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, life, specialty)

Create tailored coverage recommendations using the vast array of Farmers tools

Track activity and pipeline progression in an agency provided CRM

Follow a proven sales process designed for success

Serve as a trusted advisor to local families

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Outgoing communicator with strong people skills

Sales experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows

Posses or have a willingness to obtain P&C and Life/Health licenses (assistance provided)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow

Passion for serving the local Tucson community
