Assess patient condition, monitor hemodynamics and clinical status, administer medications as ordered, and titrate interventions as needed. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for an assigned group of patients. Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines. Utilize critical thinking, clinical judgment, and independent decision-making to respond to changes in patient condition. Document care accurately and maintain adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Active RN license in California. ICU/critical care experience preferred. Ability to perform 12-hour day shifts and work in a high-acuity ICU setting. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and independent problem‑solving ability.
