Leasing Manager - Malden Square

Responsibilities Conduct tours of the community and specific apartments with prospective residents. Administer lease renewal program through timely and accurate notification and maintain a creative resident retention program. Coordinate market‑ready needs with Community Manager, including selection, setup, and maintenance of models and mini‑models. Monitor accurate execution and timely completion of all applications, lease documents, move‑in documents, and paperwork. Review and approve or decline applications for residency in coordination with the Community Manager. Ensure all leasing activity and traffic is accurately recorded and entered daily into the computer system. Accept service requests, route to service team, and conduct service follow‑up with residents. Coordinate with Community Manager on developing and maintaining marketing, advertising, and collateral materials. Monitor advertising publications and media, make ad recommendations, track publication deadlines and advertising costs per lease, and monitor effectiveness. Monitor the number of net leases each month by the leasing team. Adhere to all local/state laws and comply with company policies and procedures. Assist Community Manager in developing the advertising and marketing budget, working within approved guidelines, and maximizing efficiency while maintaining quality and image. Complete monthly market surveys and marketing plan for the community, review with Community Manager. Participate in hiring, training, direction, and management of Leasing Consultants. Plan, coordinate, and participate in monthly resident activities. Assume management duties in the absence of or at the request of the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3 to 5 years of experience in multifamily leasing. Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not a requirement. Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Benefits Career apparel stipend. Commission bonus on leases and renewals. Substantial discount on rent (certain restrictions apply).
