Compensation & Benefits

• Full-Time therapists can earn $60,000 - 80,000 per year, including tips
• Extra pay for add-on services
• Pay for late cancellations / no-shows
• Monthly bonus opportunities
• Annual performance reviews with merit-based increases

Hiring Bonus

• $1,500 hiring bonus for full-time therapists; $1,000 for part-time therapists

Qualifications

• Graduate of, or currently enrolled in, a Massage Therapy educational program
• Holds, or is in the process of obtaining, CAMTC certification
