HR & Safety Coordinator

HR & Safety Coordinator (Part-Time) Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Safety Coordinator to support our daily Human Resources and Safety operations. This part-time role will assist with payroll, employee records, staffing coordination, onboarding, and workplace safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a reliable resource for employees and supervisors while helping ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Review and maintain employee timecards and attendance records Assist with payroll processing and time-off requests Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation Support onboarding processes and new hire paperwork Coordinate temporary staffing needs and communicate with staffing agencies Assist with workplace safety programs, including incident reporting and workers’ compensation documentation Support HR reporting, employee communications, and benefit administration Perform additional related duties as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Previous experience in HR, administration, payroll, or office support preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Experience in HR, office, customer service, or administrative roles preferred Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
