Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new commercial accounts throughout the Twin Cities market. This position is ideal for a sales professional who understands recurring service contracts, territory development, route-based operations, and consultative B2B selling. Twin Cities, MN | $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $100K-$150K+) Industry Experience Strongly Preferred: Uniform Rental, Linen Services, Facility Services, Commercial Laundry, Janitorial Services, Waste & Recycling, Route-Based Service Sales What You'll Do Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings Build relationships with business owners, operations leaders, facility managers, and purchasing decision-makers Present service solutions, prepare proposals, and close new contract business Manage a territory and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful customer onboarding Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals What We're Looking For Experience selling recurring services or contract-based solutions Proven success generating new business in a B2B environment Experience in one or more of the following industries: Uniform Rental Facility Services Commercial Cleaning Janitorial Supply Pest Control Route-Based Service Sales Strong prospecting, closing, and territory management skills Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting customers Uncapped Commission Structure Realistic Six-Figure Income Potential Full Benefits Package Established Territory with Significant Growth Opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr Labor Solutions, LLC
