Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager Job Description Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will support two Account Managers in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including bonds administration. This position requires a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients. Compensation Package Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits: 75% coverage on medical, disability, and dental insurance. Simple IRA with up to 3% match. One day per week work-from-home option after the training period. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to two Account Managers. Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other administrative tasks. Maintain and manage a book of business with accounts of varying sizes. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery. Occasionally communicate with clients via email. Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance. Experience working with accounts of all sizes and a generalist approach. Familiarity with bonds administration is a plus. Software Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required. Soft Skills: Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
