The Company is seeking a VP of Product for Growth and Monetization to play a pivotal role in its mission to provide the best education in the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering on the company's two key metrics: Daily Active Users and revenue. This executive leadership position demands a professional with a proven track record in consumer tech, particularly in driving growth and monetization for freemium and subscription products. The role involves leading a large product organization, coaching senior product leaders, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product strategies. The VP will be the primary voice for growth and monetization at the executive level, with a focus on sustainable, learner-centric growth and a commitment to the company's mission. Candidates for this role at the company should have a background in product management, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading through change, such as reorganizations and new operating models, and a deep understanding of growth and monetization strategies.
