Restaurant General Manager – McDonald’s

Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL

Pay Range: $60,000 – $65,000 / year + Performance Bonus

As the General Manager , you are the CEO of your restaurant. You will lead department managers and crew members to drive business growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, hire, train, and develop Department Managers and Shift Managers, creating a strong bench for future growth.
  

• Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain McDonald’s gold standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC). Ensure full compliance with food safety and health guidelines.
  

• Deliver Financial Results: Oversee store P&L, manage labor and food costs, control inventory, and execute strategic plans to hit sales and profit goals.
  

• Foster a Great Culture: Build a welcoming, high-energy environment focused on teamwork, recognition, and crew retention.
  

• Experience: 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-casual environment (McDonald’s experience is a strong plus).
  

• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of developing assistant/department managers, building strong teams, and reducing turnover.
  

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor optimization, and inventory controls.
  

• Mindset: A hands-on, coaching mentality with high standards for customer service, food safety, and cleanliness.
  

• Requirements: 18+ years of age, open/flexible availability, and valid authorization to work in the U.S.
