Nurse Recruiter

In Human Resources at Main Campus Lee Building Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Occasional travel required. Summary: Responsible for various activities of recruiting, developing, and maintaining systems and resources required to attract qualified Nursing candidates. The recruiter must be able to work independently and perform all recruitment functions including but not limited to: screening applications, interviewing, salary negotiations, extending offers and orientation scheduling. Other information: Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Problem solves creatively Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data Experience with talent acquisition systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications: Essential: Registered Nurse AL Single State or any of the following equivalent qualifications below: Registered Nurse AL NLC Multi State Registered Nurse Non-AL NLC Multi State Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Essential: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Experience with Equivalent Qualifications: Essential: 2 Years Staff Level, pediatric experience preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, Day Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days #J-18808-Ljbffr
