Position Summary Responsible for operating forklifts, managing inventory, maintaining safety standards, providing member service, and ensuring merchandise presentation and club pick‑up order fulfillment. What You'll Do Operate forklift and pallet jack safely in accordance with company standards. Receive, organize, and stock merchandise; manage inventory flow and reporting. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, including rotation, cleaning, and promotional displays. Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled accurately and on time. Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials per policy. Assist members with self‑service technology, purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues. Assist with technology services, identify shrink opportunities, and maintain equipment. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and partners; communicate progress and recommend improvements. Model Walmart values, promote integrity, and support a culture of belonging. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification and ability to safely use pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience. Retail experience. Experience supervising a team.
