Registered Nurse — Weekend Home Health

Location: Elizabeth, PA (also hiring in Carnegie, PA)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Pay Per Visit (PPV) | $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes during weekend shifts
• Develop and coordinate individualized patient care plans
• Complete clinical documentation using EMR software
• Travel locally to patient homes within your assigned territory
• Collaborate with weekday nursing staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience — hospital background preferred
• BLS/AHA certification (assistance available if needed)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
