Due to continued project demand and growth, the company is seeking a construction professional capable of managing both estimating and project execution functions.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed estimates and project budgets for custom home projects.Analyze construction documents, specifications, and scope requirements.Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier proposals.Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and consultants.Lead project meetings and maintain client communication.Manage change orders, forecasting, and cost reporting.Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and project deadlines are achieved.Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
