About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to oversee the hands-on operations at the community level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the community's profit and loss, financial performance, and the leadership of employees to ensure resident and family satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of state and federal regulations, as well as the ability to manage the community in compliance with all relevant guidelines. A key focus for the Executive Director is the sales and marketing process, with the aim of maximizing revenue and maintaining a strong market position. The role also involves financial management, including budget preparation, and the identification of opportunities to generate and maximize revenue. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years' of prior General Manager or Administrator experience, or 5-10 years in senior living, hospitality, or skilled nursing, with at least 5 years at the management level. A valid driver's license and, if mandated, a valid license to operate an assisted living facility are required. The role demands a candidate with strong organizational and prioritization skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record in sales and marketing. The Executive Director will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in generating leads, closing sales, and representing the community in various public settings. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at financial management, including budget oversight, and be proactive in seeking opportunities to maximize revenue.
