What You'll Do

• Manage patient assessments in urology clinics and procedures
• Assist with consultations, follow-up appointments, and pre/post-operative care
• Support the medical team in diagnostic and treatment procedures
• Document patient interactions accurately and timely
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
• Participate in on-call or weekend rotations as required

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Massachusetts license or ability to obtain one
• Relevant certification/licensure for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2+ years in a urology or surgical setting
• Strong communication and patient-care skills

Preferred:

• Experience with urological procedures and diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
