At PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused  Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for our homeowners, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by scheduling appointments, answering questions, coordinating service requests, and supporting our technicians through the ServiceTitan platform. Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location: In-Office/ Doraville

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text.
• Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments while maximizing technician efficiency.
• Complete a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to follow up on leads, schedule maintenance, and provide exceptional customer care.
• Create and manage customer accounts, memberships, and daily tasks within ServiceTitan .
• Assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and the inside sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Process payments and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or call center experience required.
• HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience preferred , but not required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch software is a plus.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.
• Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
