About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP and GM, Employee Experience & AI. This pivotal role is at the forefront of the AI transformation, with a focus on redefining how AI works for the enterprise. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, driving the alignment and execution of a complex business agenda. Responsibilities include overseeing cross-functional processes, driving global team alignment, and representing the SVP/GM in various forums. The Chief of Staff will also lead special projects, bring structure to ambiguity, and ensure the organization consistently exceeds expectations. This is a high-impact leadership position that requires a rare combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, technical fluency, and executive presence. Candidates for this role should have an AI-native mindset and a deep understanding of how AI transforms product development and user experiences. A minimum of 12 years' work experience in AI-native or high-growth tech companies is required, with a preference for those with prior Chief of Staff or equivalent experience. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), technical fluency, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to influence without authority. The ideal candidate will be highly operationally rigorous, with a bias toward action and results, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. Executive presence, outstanding communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to operate with a high degree of agency, ownership, and customer obsession.
