If you're looking for stability, competitive pay, and room to grow, we'd love to talk with you.What You'll DoOperate an overhead crane to safely move metal products throughout the facility.Load and unload semi-trailers with incoming and outgoing material.Stage and organize material to support production and shipping operations.Supply materials to machine operators and production teams.Handle finished products after they are cut to length, including staging, organizing, and preparing for shipment.Assist with processing customer orders according to specifications.Learn to operate additional equipment such as cut-to-length lines and plasma cutters.Perform order picking and inventory-related tasks.Use shop math to determine material weights and ensure safe material handling.Read and use tape measures to verify dimensions and product accuracy.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.Follow established safety procedures and production standards.What We're Looking ForPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience.Overhead crane experience is highly preferred, but candidates with strong industrial experience and mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.Experience loading/unloading trucks and moving large materials.Ability to read a tape measure accurately.Basic math skills and comfort working with weights and measurements.Strong attention to safety and quality.Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.Experience in metal manufacturing, steel distribution, order picking, or production environments is a plus.Why Employees Stay HereStarting Pay of $27.22/hrUnion opportunity after successful contract periodMonthly Production Bonus after hire-onQuarterly Safety Bonus up to 4% of quarterly earnings401(k) with 5% Company MatchOpportunities for pay increases through cross-training and skill developmentLong-term career growth in a stable industrySafety-focused environment with structured trainingWork EnvironmentThis position is located in a large industrial warehouse designed for heavy manufacturing operations.
