THE JOB: As a Bar Porter at The Bellagio, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our world-class bars are fully stocked, organized, and operating seamlessly. From replenishing glassware, beer, and essential supplies to maintaining a polished and inviting environment, your attention to detail helps set the stage for unforgettable moments. THE STARTING RATE: $24.7819 Hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain assigned levels of inventory, including delivery and stock of glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation and work area, to include cleaning refrigerators, counter tops, and mopping floors Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area, order as needed Responsible for set-up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, including pump room products, storage rooms, and warehouses, and identify non-stock items and alert management as necessary Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Is 21+ years of age Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free meals in our employee dining room Free parking on and off shift Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW ?
