RN - Emergency Housing Health Navigator (Day Shift)

DESC in Seattle is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its emergency housing sites, delivering 24/7 supportive health services to adults experiencing homelessness under supervision of Nursing Director and Medical Director. You will perform clinical assessments, case management, wound care, medication monitoring, and coordinate care with prescribers and behavioral health teams, while applying harm-reduction and trauma-informed care. #J-18808-Ljbffr DESC
