Provider Relations Representative

Supporting the Upstate New York provider network, the full-time Provider Relations Representative will manage provider contracts, assist with credentialing and claims, and foster positive relationships with providers while working remotely with occasional travel to provider offices. Key responsibilities Assists with creating and negotiating provider contracts and amendments, including recruitment and credentialing Prepares educational materials for providers regarding contract terms and service coordination Maintains provider relationships through regular visits and communication of administrative changes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent related work experience, preferably in a health care setting Minimum one year of health care experience required Prior experience in Provider Relations and contracting preferred Knowledge of government programs, including Medicare and Medicaid preferred
