Expedition-Ship Sous Chef: Lead Kitchen at Sea

Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef on board our expedition vessels. Prepare meals for guests and crew, assist with provisioning, and keep the galley clean and compliant with sanitation standards. This role requires staying aboard for extended cycles, strong multitasking, and the ability to step up as Head Chef when needed.
