What you’ll do Receive, inspect and prepare incoming materials for the kits, including epoxy, resins and chemicals, cutting fiberglass or cloth. Organize components based on kit specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assemble kits according to provided instructions, blueprints, or work orders. Package components in an organized and systematic manner, minimizing the risk of damage during transportation. Label each kit with accurate information, including batch numbers, production dates, and any relevant safety warnings. Monitor and manage inventory levels of kit components, ensuring a consistent supply for kit assembly. What makes you a good fit High School Diploma or GED required. Must be able to work OT on a rotational basis. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. multiple times a day. Must be able to stand and work on production line for long periods of time. Knowledge of how to operate warehousing equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, preferred. Attention to detail to ensure quality of work completed and safety of self and others. Willingness to work with other team members to achieve desired outputs. Commitment to wear proper safety gear and operate all equipment carefully and appropriately. Microsoft Office basic proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word). The hourly pay range for this role is $18.00 . This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
