We’re looking for a compassionate, confident, and organized Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our medical team and help guide our clients safely through detox and early recovery. You’ll oversee a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, and QMAPS, provide direct care to clients, and ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective services are delivered at every turn. You’ll also be a key clinical voice in coordinating care and advancing our mission of sustainable sobriety. What You'll Do: Lead and support the nursing team in our detox and residential care programs. Oversee medication administration, detox services, and health education. Collaborate with providers to create and execute treatment plans. Review and sign off on all behavioral health nursing services. Track medical supplies, manage scheduling, and support staff training. Communicate with clients and families to provide reassurance, education, and support. Document everything accurately to meet compliance and quality standards. What You'll Bring: Current RN license, with ability to practice in Wisconsin. 3-5 years of nursing experience, ideally with substance use or behavioral health. 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred. Strong communication with the ability to connect with clients and staff alike. Skills in documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
