Customer-Focused Auto Service Advisor
SHOTTENKIRK AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, INC
Shottenkirk Chevrolet Waukee is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to their needs, and schedule appointments as needed. This role may also set up loaner cars and verify insurance before maintenance is scheduled. You will report symptoms accurately, prepare cost estimates, monitor progress, and explain work to customers.
