What We're Looking For:

• Valid Michigan Teaching Certification with Special Education (SPED) endorsement
• Proven experience supporting students with mild to moderate special needs preferred

• Ability to collaborate with instructional teams, families, and specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to the learning needs outlined in each student’s IEP

• Coordinate closely with general educators, counselors, and support staff to provide comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and communication regarding student progress
