Inside Sales Rep

Job Overview State Electric Supply Co., a leading electrical distributor with 42 locations in 7 states since 1952, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and deliver excellence to customers. Responsibilities Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry trends. Process customer orders. Provide exceptional customer services. Provide counter support as needed and assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service and sales experience preferred. Ability to accurately operate a cash register. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
