Role Description The Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Friant, CA, responsible for supporting sales efforts through deep knowledge of the company’s products and services. In this role, the Product Specialist explains product features and benefits, answers customer questions, and provides hands-on demonstrations to help customers select the right solutions. Daily activities include collaborating with sales and customer service teams, analyzing customer needs, tracking product performance, and maintaining accurate product information and documentation. The Product Specialist also gathers customer feedback, identifies opportunities for improvement, and assists with training internal teams on product updates and enhancements.\n
