Sr Research Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join the Research Team to provide day-to-day support on research projects, help solve clients’ business issues, inform brand strategy, message development and campaign effectiveness, and strengthen reputation and thought leadership position. In this role you will work closely with a seasoned team of researchers and be part of a highly energetic, driven, inquisitive team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in market research across a variety of primary research methodologies including quantitative and qualitative research.

We are looking for curious, collaborative, and forward-thinking individuals to work with our clients as a problem solver and a steward of high-quality research. The position requires a candidate who is goal-oriented, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. It will also require the candidate to support multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior staff to support all aspects of the research process with excellence (designing questionnaires, testing surveys, creating analytic plans, creating insightful, and narrative reports that drive newsworthy results and actionable recommendations).

• Data check materials to ensure overall quality of client deliverables.
\n
• Work across multiple research projects simultaneously and manage time accordingly.
\n
• Proactively communicate to provide regular updates regarding project status to senior staff
\n

Skills and Qualifications

\n
• At least 2 years of professional survey or market research experience required
\n
• Bachelor’s degree required
\n
• Hands-on knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end quantitative and/or qualitative research process
\n
• Experience developing screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides, and analytic reports
\n
• Strong foundation in data visualization
\n
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities. Detail and results oriented. Strong analytic aptitude.

• Able to effectively multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a deadline driven environment
\n
• Strong foundation to turn complex findings into a clear story and practical recommendations.
\n
• Proactively looks for ways to strengthen the research and deliverables.
\n
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, ownership, and self-motivation
\n
• Strong analytical and consulting skills including at a minimum intermediate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel
\n
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as Decipher, SPSS, a plus
