Senior Sales Executive - Wholesale Building Materials | Builder-Direct Sales | Business Development

Location: Georgia (Field Role | Occasional office visits required in Alpharetta)

Pay: $75,000-$100,000+ Base + Commission (Flexible based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Primarily Field-Based

They are looking for you-an experienced Senior Sales Executive with established relationships in the Atlanta builder community-to own and grow a territory, leverage your existing network, and drive new business. This is a true hunter role with outstanding earning potential.

What you get to do:

• Develop and grow sales throughout the Metro Atlanta and Georgia market.
• Leverage your builder relationships to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Call directly on residential home builders, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
• Meet with customers, visit job sites, and maintain a strong field presence.
• Manage and grow an established book of business while identifying new opportunities.
• Represent the company as a trusted partner within the building materials industry.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in the wholesale building materials industry .
• Direct-to-builder sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of developing new business and closing sales.
• Established relationships with residential builders and key decision-makers throughout Metro Atlanta.
• Experience managing and growing a multi-million-dollar territory or book of business.
• Experience selling through a manufacturer, distributor, or dealer serving the residential building industry is strongly preferred.
