Strategic HR Partner for Growth & Client Success
SBM
SBM is hiring an HR Business Partner in Detroit to serve as a strategic liaison between people, operations, and client success. You will drive workforce initiatives, support high-priority accounts, and align HR and business goals with client expectations.
You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while partnering with leadership to optimize talent strategies and reporting across key accounts. Local salary range applies.
