Digital Marketing Internship Fast-Paced, Hands-On

An internship with Get Engaged Media provides students with practical experience in an agency environment. Department placements are directly related to the student’s program of study, schedule availability, location and the needs of the specific department during that semester. Students will gain valuable real-world knowledge not available in the classroom and entry‑level, career‑related experience that employers value when hiring. Internship Requirements Minimum commitment of 15 working hours per week within GE hours of operation Related major or previous internship experience required Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Solution oriented problem‑solving Base knowledge of all major social platforms (Twitch, Mixer, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) Departments Brand Influencer – Atlanta, GA / Remote Interns will work with various members of the team to assist with tasks such as creative narratives, influencer outreach, tracking analytics, trending reporting and campaign recaps. Celebrity & Partnerships – Atlanta, GA / Los Angeles, CA / Remote Interns will assist various team members with multiple aspects of the campaign life cycle: influencer recommendations, tracking analytics, trend reporting and campaign recaps. Content Monetization – Atlanta, GA / New York, NY / Remote Interns will learn about Snapchat Discover, Snapchat Midroll, Facebook, Spotify, Microsoft and YouTube content monetization programs. Entertainment Influencer – Atlanta, GA / Remote Interns will assist in the life cycle of influencer and content‑seeding campaigns, from initial outreach to approving posts before they go live, working hands‑on in all aspects of running successful influencer marketing campaigns in the entertainment industry. Finance/Accounting – Atlanta, GA Students will work with the Accounting team and CFO on special projects and tasks, focusing on grassroots transactional accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analytics. Required skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Graphic Design & Production – Atlanta, GA Interns will be key contributors to the creative team, working on projects across a wide variety of client brands and entertainment spaces. Required skills (Graphic Design): Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & After Effects. Required skills (Production): Proficient in CapCut and Adobe. Social Media – Atlanta, GA / Nashville, TN / New York City, NY / Remote Interns will work with Account Associates and Account Managers, pulling analytics, reporting on current trends, performing social media profile research, writing captions, curating content ideas, and completing competitive analysis of social media profiles. Content Strategist/Creator Intern – Nashville, TN Interns will collaborate with strategists, creatives, account associates, and talent to bring ideas to life across socials. This includes capturing behind‑the‑scenes content on a shoot, shooting content in‑office, or editing viral‑worthy clips from a phone.
