Advita Ortho is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Commercial to provide in-house legal advice on complex commercial transactions and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, data privacy, FDA law, and IP matters. You will draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements while guiding business leaders on risk and strategy.
You will collaborate with Legal & Compliance, HR, Finance, Operations, and QA/RA to implement standardized contract processes and ensure regulatory alignment.
