Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $27.50+ DOE, Hourly Location: Boise, ID Travel: Occasional domestic travel Position Type: Full-Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Work with chemical distribution equipment on-site and/or on the manufacturing floor. Train in plumbing, welding, electrical, instrumentation, and controls wiring pertaining to this chemical equipment. Start working OJT in the manufacturing facility and then travel to the project site for installation and start-up of equipment. Perform mechanical and electrical tasks related to chemical distribution systems. Work with hazardous chemicals and learn the proper PPE required and safety procedures for each site. Requirements High School Diploma, AAS or equivalent military experience, and certifications or 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Willingness and ability to work with hazardous chemicals, following all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Able to work within a team group and also perform individual tasks once trained with little supervision. Preferences Previous semiconductor experience. Physical Effort/Activities May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, be able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
